Description. Give your Tahoe increased horsepower and a more assertive sound with the Chevrolet Performance 6.2L Short Wheelbase Cat-Back Dual-Exit Exhaust Upgrade System. This exhaust system offers an increase of up to 11 horsepower and 6 lb.-ft. of torque, while reducing backpressure by 31% at 300-g/s, based on correlated flow testing. Designed and validated by Chevrolet Performance engineers, this 304 Stainless Steel Cat-Back system is tuned to maximize the performance experience while minimizing drone. Installing this exhaust system with the 6.2L Engine Cold Air Intake results in a combined performance increase of up to 13 horsepower and 7 lb.-ft. of torque. This Performance Exhaust Upgrade System includes the rear muffler assembly, Y-Pipe, exhaust clamps and all necessary mounting hardware. It is 50-state emissions legal and will not void the New Vehicle Limited Warranty.
