Intercooler Upgrade. The CVF Titan v2 Intercooler Silver is designed to optimize your engine’s performance by significantly lowering charge air temperatures for more reliable and sustained power delivery. It serves as a direct replacement for the stock intercooler, enhancing cooling efficiency to minimize heat soak during boosted conditions.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from premium TIG-welded bar-and-plate aluminum with precision-engineered, fully cast end tanks, this intercooler ensures superior airflow and durability. It includes a cold-side condensation drain for maintaining optimal performance.
Installation. Installation requires removal of the active grille shutters but no drilling or permanent modifications. It is designed for a direct bolt-on fit for streamlined integration with your vehicle.
Warranty. This product comes with a lifetime performance warranty covering manufacturing defects.
Application. Specifically designed to fit 2015-2025 Ford F-150 models equipped with 2.7L and 3.5L EcoBoost engines, 2018-2025 Ford Expedition and Navigator models, and 2021-2025 3.5L PowerBoost F-150 models. No modifications are required beyond active grille shutter removal.
