Description
Advanced Steering Solution. The Carli Suspension Adjustable Track Bar is engineered to correct front axle alignment and improve steering precision on lifted Super Duty trucks. This track bar replaces OEM components that often fail to accommodate suspension lift height changes, ensuring proper geometry and responsiveness. It significantly reduces steering wheel feedback, road noise, and potential bump steer, enhancing driver confidence and vehicle control.
Construction and Appearance. Made from heavy-duty 1.5-inch outer diameter DOM steel tubing with 3/8-inch wall thickness, it features a fully welded and strap-gusseted housing for the encapsulated uniball joint. The track bar incorporates dual FK bearing pivots and a heat-treated chromoly heim joint secured with a proprietary jammit nut that provides double the clamping surface area of a standard jam nut. The components are designed for durability and vibration damping and have been tested to withstand extreme low temperatures down to minus 110 degrees Fahrenheit without degradation.
Installation. Installation is straightforward with no drilling required. Included axle spacer configurations allow fine-tuning of the steering arc to accommodate various lift heights. This track bar is designed for direct fitment on lifted Super Duty trucks, maintaining OEM steering geometry without the need for pitman arm or track bar drop brackets.
Warranty. This product comes with a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
Application. Specifically designed for 2020-2026 4WD Ford F-250 Super Duty models, it is not compatible with stock-height trucks or setups using drop pitman arms or aftermarket track bar drop brackets.
