Description
Comprehensive Suspension Upgrade. The BDS 6-Inch Suspension Lift Kit with Rear Coil Springs and NX2 Nitro Shocks is engineered to elevate your Chevy or GMC full-size model for increased ground clearance and improved off-road performance. This kit enhances vehicle stance while maintaining robust on-road handling by correcting suspension geometry and incorporating heavy-duty components designed for durability under rigorous conditions.
Construction and Appearance. The kit features laser-cut 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers with a silver powder coat finish, CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles, and steel coil springs and control arms designed to withstand off-road abuse. The integrated skid plates and hardware are crafted to provide additional protection and strength, all finished to resist corrosion and maintain long-term performance.
Installation. Installation is complex, requiring welding and frame modifications along with specialized tools such as a strut compressor and reciprocating saw. The process is rated as difficult and is recommended to be performed by experienced technicians for safety and proper fitment.
Warranty. This lift kit includes a factory protection plus drivetrain warranty for added peace of mind.
Application. Specifically designed to fit the 2015-2019 4WD Chevrolet Tahoe equipped with stock cast steel control arms and excluding models with AutoRide or MagneRide suspension systems.
