      Description

      High-Performance Lift Kit. The BDS 6-Inch Suspension Lift Kit elevates your vehicle’s stance, enhancing performance and off-road capability. It is specifically engineered for vehicles equipped with Autoride suspension, providing the necessary components to accommodate up to 35-inch tires while maintaining proper suspension and steering geometry.

      Construction and Appearance. Constructed with high-quality materials, this kit features quarter-inch thick laser-cut steel crossmembers with a robust powder-coated finish for corrosion resistance. Critical steering components are CNC-machined from ductile iron for strength and precise fitment, complemented by durable Pro-Ride coil springs in the rear to ensure both on-road comfort and off-road performance.

      Installation. Installation is complex and requires specialty tools including welding equipment and a strut compressor. The process involves frame bracket modification and welding to ensure a secure and proper fit at the increased ride height.

      Warranty. This kit includes the Factory Protection Plus drivetrain warranty, providing extended coverage for added assurance.

      Application. Designed exclusively for 2015-2019 4WD Tahoe models equipped with stock cast steel control arms and Autoride suspension systems. Specific modifications and wheel size recommendations must be followed to ensure compatibility.
