Suspension Lift Kit. The BDS 3.50-Inch Suspension Lift Kit with FOX 2.0 Performance Shocks is engineered to improve your Ford Ranger’s off-road capability and tire clearance while maintaining proper suspension and driveline geometry. It lifts the front suspension by 3.5 inches and the rear by 1 inch, allowing the use of larger tires and increasing ride height without compromising performance or safety.

Construction and Appearance. The kit features heavy-duty tubular upper control arms constructed from 1.5-inch outer diameter by .120-inch wall steel tubing, finished in a durable black powder coat for corrosion resistance and aesthetic appeal. The package includes steel top mount strut spacers, preload spacers, differential relocation brackets, and custom-tuned shocks, all designed to ensure long-lasting durability and enhanced suspension performance.

Installation. Installation is of moderate difficulty and typically takes about four hours to complete. It requires specialized tools such as a 35mm axle nut socket, strut compressor, air hammer, and a cut-off wheel. Certain steps may involve drilling or cutting to complete the installation properly.

Application. This lift kit is designed specifically for 2019 to 2023 Ford Ranger 4WD models equipped with factory cast steel knuckles. It does not fit Tremor models due to differences in steering knuckle design and ball joint configuration.
