Description

Performance Suspension Upgrade. The BDS 3.50-Inch Suspension Lift Kit with FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Coil-Overs and 2.0 Performance Shocks significantly enhances ground clearance and off-road capability for the Ford Ranger. Designed to provide increased suspension travel and superior terrain absorption, this kit improves vehicle control on rugged landscapes while maintaining comfortable on-road handling.

Construction and Appearance. The kit features high-strength tubular upper control arms constructed from 1.5-inch outer diameter, .120-inch wall thickness steel, powder coated for durability and corrosion resistance. FOX rear shocks use 2.5-inch extruded aluminum bodies with hard chrome plated shafts. The kit also includes heavy-duty steel components such as steering knuckles and strut spacers finished with durable coatings.

Installation. This moderate difficulty installation requires specialty tools including a 35mm axle nut socket and air hammer, with some drilling and cutting recommended. Comprehensive installation guides are provided to assist in proper setup.

Warranty. The FOX 2.5 Performance Elite shocks included come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty, ensuring reliable performance and serviceability.

Application. Specifically engineered to fit 2019-2023 Ford Ranger 4WD models equipped with factory cast aluminum knuckles. This kit does not fit Tremor models or trucks with cast steel steering knuckles.
