This suspension system transforms your truck with an aggressive stance, increased ground clearance, and superior off-road performance. It features a high clearance crossmember and steering knuckles that keep everything tucked in. With BDS’s premium components, you can accommodate larger tires and experience smoother ride quality wherever you take your Raptor.
Improved Steering and Fierce Stance. Built to handle high-stress driving conditions, BDS used 0.25-inch thick, 1-piece laser-cut steel crossmembers and CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles. These components provide OEM handling and ride quality with enhanced ground clearance and minimal track-width changes. Moreover, these parts are reinforced by a black powder-coated finish to resist corrosion and withstand harsh outdoor elements.
Reliable and Durable Components. The rear lift blocks and U-Bolts in this Suspension Lift Kit ensure that you get the extra height while maintaining excellent handling. These assemblies are made of highly durable construction for long-term service. In addition, the U-bolts are black powder-coated for reinforced corrosion resistance while offering reliable clamping force. Using these components prevents bottoming out your suspension with heavy hauling. This suspension kit also includes sway bar relocation brackets that offer proper alignment and ensure that the entire suspension system works perfectly well with the rest of your off-road set-up for a bolder and safer experience.
Professional Installation. BDS engineered this 4.50-Inch Suspension Lift Kit to attach to the existing mounting locations of your vehicle’s suspension system. It requires modification, cutting, and welding on the frame bracket. All the necessary hardware is included and needs mechanical expertise to install. Please note that alignment is highly recommended after installation. Check for proper tie rod end clearance if using 37x12.50 tires on 18x9 wheels with 5-inch backspacing.
Comes with a Warranty. A 5-year limited warranty is offered by BDS for this 4.50-Inch Suspension Lift Kit against factory defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Some exclusions may apply; please check the terms and conditions for full details.
