These headers will unleash your old truck’s potential with mid and top range power and speed gains. Get enhanced street and off-road performance with these new long tube headers.
High-Tech Manufacturing. This BBK Long Tube Headers and Y-Pipe are manufactured using advanced CNC-machining. The 1-3/4-inch diameter tubes feature mandrel bends instead of cheaper crush bends. This promotes increased airflow with smoother surfaces for the gases to pass through. In addition, the tubes are nickel-Titanium Ceramic finished to prevent corrosion from rust, greatly expanding their service life.
Universal Fit. If you have no experience in installing headers, you might want to leave the installation to professionals to preserve your warranty. The aluminized dual Y-pipe may require minor welding to install. The kit, however, does come with all the hardware included to make the installation a little easier.
Warranty Summary. BBK warrants the Titanium Ceramic Long Tube Headers with Y-Pipe to be free from manufacturing defects for 1 year. This non-transferrable coverage is valid only for headers that are installed and used as prescribed.
