This header assembly with a catted Y-pipe provides a significant horsepower and torque boost that you’ll definitely feel whenever you’re out on your off-road adventures.

      Aggressive Low Sound. Upgrade your truck using Stainless Works’ 1-3/4-inch Headers with Catted Y-Pipe and feel and hear the performance improvement right away. These catted headers emit an aggressive deep growl that’s sure to be heard every time you throttle.

      Utilizes High-Flow Cat Converters. Stainless Works’ headers with high-flow cat converters are designed to outperform your truck’s factory converters. With this header upgrade, you’re sure to feel a significant improvement in your engine’s exhaust flow, thus providing more torque and horsepower.

      High-Quality Construction. Designed to outlast rough terrain conditions, the Stainless Works Headers with Catted Y-Pipe are manufactured from 1-3/4-inch mandrel bent tubes, and further reinforced with 3/8-inch thick flanges. The pipes and flanges are crafted from 304 stainless steel and formed via TIG-welding and CNC technology to ensure precision and material rigidity. With this header assembly installed on your Silverado, you’re guaranteed to have an enjoyable off-road drive without a hitch.

      Tuning Required. Installation of these headers with a catted Y-pipe requires recalibration. This is to ensure that your truck is optimized to run at full potential.

      No CARB Certification. These headers do not have CARB certification, and as such not allowed to be used on pollution-controlled vehicles. Moreover, these are not legal for use in California or other states that abide by California’s emission standards. These headers are specifically intended for track and off-road use only.

      Application. The Stainless Works 1-3/4 in. Headers with Catted Y-Pipe will fit all 2003 to 2006 4WD Chevrolet Silverado 1500 models equipped with 4.8L and 5.3L engines.
