      Description

      High-Performance Brake Upgrade. The Baer Extreme+ Rear Big Brake Kit with 15-Inch Rotors and Black Calipers offers superior stopping power for enhanced safety and performance. It is designed to replace the factory rear brake components with durable, high-efficiency parts that improve braking response and heat dissipation during demanding driving conditions.

      Construction and Appearance. This kit features a 1-piece monoblock 6-piston caliper machined from premium 2618 aluminum forging sourced in the USA, ensuring strength and lightweight design. The rotors are two-piece vented, slotted, and drilled with a zinc-plated finish, complemented by a billet aluminum hat. The calipers are powder coated for corrosion resistance and equipped with stainless steel pistons, abutments, and noise suppression clips for durability and low noise operation.

      Installation. Installation utilizes OE mounting points to fit the rear axle with no need for special alterations. The kit reuses the original equipment hoses and manual parking brake components, simplifying the upgrade process.

      Application. Designed to fit 99-19 GM 1500 Truck and 00-20 GM 1500 SUV rear ends equipped with OE disc brakes and manual parking brake only. This kit is not compatible with electric parking brake systems or drum brake rear ends.
