    Description

Thanks to its synthetic cone-shaped air filter, this system enables a robust supply of cooler air to the engine. As a result, the engine will constantly operate optimally at an ideal temperature, as evidenced by an increase in horsepower and torque.

    Durable and Low-Maintenance Manufacture. Using low restrictive mandrel-bent aluminum tubing with TIG-welded brackets, this cold air intake system is built to last. No matter what type of terrain or weather you encounter, it is bound to work and look great for many years. Plus, depending on driving conditions, the air filter, with its oil-free synthetic material, enables use for up to 100,000 miles before it requires cleaning.

    Lifetime Manufacturer’s Warranty. For as long as you have the Chevrolet Silverado on which this system was installed, AEM guarantees that it will not have any defects in material or workmanship.

    Medium-Level Installation. A moderate level of mechanical skill is required to install this cold air dam intake system. With a basic mechanics tool set, expect to spend about an hour to complete the job.
