Description
Upper Control Arm Kit. The Zone Offroad Upper Control Arm is designed to replace factory arms with a stronger, more durable alternative that increases suspension droop travel. This kit improves the performance and reliability of front suspension on lifted or leveled trucks, making it essential for enhancing vehicle handling and ride quality on demanding terrain.
Construction and Appearance. Made from high-strength, fully welded plate steel, these arms feature a CNC machined ball joint cup for precise alignment with leveling and lift kits. The arms use OE style rubber bushings for noise reduction and long-lasting service. High quality greaseable ball joints are included, protected by caps to prevent dirt and debris intrusion. The finish is robust, designed to withstand off-road conditions.
Installation. Installation is moderately difficult and typically takes 1-2 hours. No drilling is required as the arms are designed for direct bolt-in replacement on applicable trucks.
Application. This kit fits Ford F-150 trucks from model years 2004 through 2020, excluding the Raptor model.
