Description
High-Performance Control Arm. The TTX Front Upper Control Arm and Ball Joint Assembly for the passenger side is engineered to deliver maximum strength and durability under demanding driving conditions. It ensures reliable suspension and steering function, reducing premature wear while maintaining vehicle stability. This assembly plays a vital role in preserving proper wheel alignment and overall vehicle handling.
Construction and Appearance. Made from forged steel with a reinforced ball joint head and a thicker cross section, this control arm provides superior strength and durability. It includes upgraded rubber bushings with knurling for a secure fit, a neoprene dust boot for protection, and a Repel-TEK surface treatment to resist rust and corrosion.
Installation. The assembly installs easily with no drilling required and comes with all necessary mounting hardware, including a slotted castle nut and snap cotter pin to secure the ball joint. The included 90-degree SAE grease fitting simplifies future servicing.
Application. Specifically designed for 2007-2016 Silverado 1500 models equipped with cast iron control arms.
