Construction and Appearance. Crafted from heavy-duty 11 gauge steel, this crossmember is designed using advanced CAD software to ensure a precise fit. It retains all OEM alignment holes and includes two bottom plates for enhanced support, which ship unwelded to allow on-site customization. An oil protective coating prevents oxidation during transit; it is recommended to apply rust converter paint before installation.
Installation. Welding is required for installation, but no drilling is necessary thanks to retention of all OEM hole locations. Proper welding and fitment to the frame rails are essential, so skilled labor is recommended to ensure secure attachment and correct positioning.
