Description
Added Protection. This Hood Protector provides an additional layer of protection that can deflect small objects or projectiles that may cause minor damage like scratches or small dents to your hood. By attaching this to the leading edge of your hood it channels the oncoming air and guides it to flow above the hood and go to the top of your windshield. this way, small objects like stones, dust as well as insects have a high chance of missing both the hood and the windshield, reducing the risk of gaining damage from those projectiles.
Excellent Feature. Aside from deflecting the wind and projectile, this hood protector comes with a light bar with 5 marker lights for extra lighting ahead. These lights provide amber lighting which is better suited for extreme weather conditions like fog, snow, or heavy rain. Amber-colored lights were proved to be better than white-colored ones, especially for illuminating wet asphalt.
Durable Design. This hood protector was made using UV-resistant material that can withstand being exposed to the intense sunlight without warping or cracking. It also features flexibility being able to take being hit by hard objects and just absorb impact.
Installation. No drilling or cutting is needed upon installation. This hood protector can be secured using automotive-grade tape. It includes 9-foot wiring than can be run underneath the hood to power up the lightbar.
