A complete renovation of your 3.5L EcoBoost F-150’s air and exhaust system from intake filter to tailpipe, the Roush Level 2 Power Pac gives your truck’s 3.5L EcoBoost engine the power and strength of an on-rushing locomotive. Optimized for 91 octane fuel, the kit includes a complete high-flow cold air intake, a mandrel-bent cat-back exhaust system, and RDT software with a power-building tune. Installed together and properly set up, these components make your F-150 more responsive, drivable, and high-performing. Working as one integrated system, they fire up the 2015-2016 model years with 44 RWHP and 58 lb-ft RWTQ, while the 2017 model years will get a jaw-dropping +111 RWHP and +126 ft-lbs of RWTQ!

No Tune Needed. The Roush Level 2 Power Pac requires an aftermarket tune to be installed on your F-150’s ECU in order to be used, and, in fact, includes RDT software with the necessary tune. Flashing this tune to your truck’s engine is accomplished with J2534 interface tools. This may require the services of a dealer and involve paying a dealer service charge for the tuning.

Wire Mesh Supported, Washable Filter. The large conical air filter used in the Roush Level 2 Power Pac is made from cotton gauze material, enabling much stronger air flow than the stock paper filter. This element includes 2 layers of wire mesh, 1 inside the other, to strengthen it and increase its longevity. The filter can be washed and reused repeatedly, and since it’s dry, you’re spared any re-oiling.

Built from Advanced Materials. Roush uses quality materials throughout the Roush Level 2 Power Pac. The cold air intake features an injection-molded polyethylene air box with a seal fashioned from EPDM foam at its top to fit against the hood. High density polyethylene comprises the intake tube itself, made in a black textured format. The cat-back exhaust is made from fast-flowing, T304 stainless steel tubing with mandrel bends. The exhaust tips are also T304 stainless, chromed for extra splendor.

Housing Built for 105mm MAF. The MAF housing in the Roush Level 2 Power Pac accommodates a 105mm aftermarket MAF, sold separately, which is needed to realize the maximum potential power gains. However, it can also be set up using the stock 85mm MAF and a supplied insert, though this lessens the power boost.

Some Drilling Required to Install. Several of the Roush Level 2 Power Pac parts are constructed for bolt-on application. The cold air intake may require minor drilling for fitment. The exhaust system bolts on. Both come with a full packs of the needed hardware to mount them. However, the tuning/flash may need to be done professionally.

Three-Year and 36,000 Mile Warranty (plus Optional). The Roush Level 2 Power Pac comes with a limited manufacturer's warranty that covers the kit for the first 36,000 miles or a period of 3 years, whichever comes first. You can also optionally buy a 3-year, 36,000 mile powertrain warranty from Roush.

Application. This Roush Level 2 Power Pac is specifically designed for use on 2015-2017 F-150s equipped with the 3.5L Turbocharged V6 engine, excluding the Raptor.
