Construction and Appearance. Crafted from high-quality 409 stainless steel for the muffler, inlet, outlet, and y-pipes, this exhaust system offers excellent corrosion resistance and durability. The 3" diameter mandrel-bent piping ensures smooth exhaust flow, while the polished 304 stainless steel tips bear the Roush logo and exit neatly from the vehicle’s side, blending durability with sleek aesthetics.

Installation. Installation difficulty is intermediate, designed to be completed in approximately one hour with common garage tools. Some drilling or modification may be required on the factory exhaust flange for specific editions, but generally, it fits directly on without extensive modifications.

Application. Specifically designed to fit the 2011-2014 3.5L EcoBoost F-150, including all cab and bed configurations. Note that minor flange modifications may be necessary for certain trim levels, such as the 6.2L Platinum and Harley Davidson editions.
