The Rough Country Suspension 4-Inch Suspension Lift Kit with M1 Monotube Struts and Shocks is engineered to provide a commanding stance and increased ground clearance for Trailboss and AT4 Silverado and Sierra 1500 models. It improves off-road performance and allows for installation of larger 35x12.50 tires on 10-inch wide wheels, maintaining factory ride quality and handling characteristics.
Construction and Appearance. This lift kit features precision laser-cut steel components and fabricated lift blocks designed for superior strength and durability compared to cast alternatives. Included are cast steel knuckles, front and rear crossmembers, and a skid plate, all finished with a corrosion-resistant powder coat to ensure longevity and a professional appearance.
Installation. Installation requires an intermediate to advanced skill level with an estimated time of 8-10 hours. The process involves cutting and drilling but does not require strut disassembly or differential trimming, making it manageable for experienced installers with appropriate tools.
