This is achieved by combining a twin-tube nitrogen-charged configuration with 10-stage variable valving technology for quicker damping response off-road, and smooth ride quality on the highway. If you use your truck as a daily driver as much as an off-road trekker, these shocks are for you.
Brawny Build Quality. These N3 series front dampers’ shock bodies measure 54mm wide and are precision-machined from high-quality alloy, offering durability and superior heat dissipation. The latter feature is especially helpful in ensuring consistent fade-free performance. Their piston rods for their part are likewise machined from 18mm chrome-hardened alloy, making them brawny enough to take on the knocks of regular off-roading. Finally, these components are finished in a chip-resistant silver powder coating for excellent protection against rust.
User-Friendly Install Procedure. These Rough Country front shocks are designed to utilize your F-150’s factory shock locations as their mounting points. No extra drilling or other modifications to your truck are needed. Also, installation is completed with just standard hand tools and the included mounting hardware.
