Construction and Appearance. This suspension lift kit is built with robust boxed steel front and rear cross members and a full-width front skid plate fabricated from thick 3/16" plate steel for durability and protection. High-quality cast iron lift knuckles maintain factory suspension geometry, while heavy-duty strut extensions and fabricated steel rear blocks with integrated bump stop landings ensure increased strength and stability. The kit’s components feature a durable finish intended for long-lasting performance under demanding conditions.

Installation. Installation is moderately complex and typically requires about 10 hours, excluding wheel and tire assembly or alignment. No drilling is required, but some trimming to the vehicle’s front valance, felt liner edges, rear well edge, and mud flap may be necessary when installing larger tires.

Warranty. The kit includes a Powertrain Warranty for added peace of mind.

Application. This lift kit fits 2019 to 2024 Sierra 1500 AT4 models. It is not compatible with vehicles equipped with rear mono-leaf springs, single cab configurations that are not validated, diesel motors, or late model 2024+ applications with round U-bolts unless additional U-bolt parts are used.
