      High-Strength Intercooler Boot Solution. The No Limit Fabrication Complete Intercooler Boot Kit is built to increase boost system reliability and performance for your 6.4L Powerstroke F-250 Super Duty. Designed to handle extreme heat and pressure, this kit eliminates weak factory boots and ensures consistent, leak-free performance under high-boost conditions.

      Construction and Appearance. Crafted from durable 6-ply high-temperature silicone and reinforced with a Nomex lining, these boots resist heat, cracking, and degradation over time. The kit includes premium stainless steel Clampco T-bolt band clamps for a secure, high-tension seal. Beyond function, the upgraded boots also add a clean, performance-oriented look to the engine bay.

      Installation. Installation is easy and requires no modifications. The boots are designed to fit in place of factory components and come with everything needed for a direct replacement.
