      Description

      Performance Upgrade. The JBA 1-5/8-Inch Shorty Headers; Natural are designed to replace restrictive factory manifolds, significantly improving exhaust flow for enhanced engine power and efficiency. These headers are ideal for automotive enthusiasts seeking to boost the performance of their truck or SUV by upgrading their exhaust system.

      Construction and Appearance. Manufactured from mandrel bent stainless steel tubing, these headers feature the proprietary Firecone collector design proven in racing applications. The headers are finished naturally with a matte grey appearance, equipped with extra-thick collector domes and 3/8-inch thick machined flanges with oversized exhaust ports for durability and performance.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward with factory-style emissions connections and included high-quality hardware ensuring a professional, no-leak fit. No drilling is required as this product serves as a direct replacement for the factory manifolds.

      Warranty. These headers come with a one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

      Application. Specifically engineered to fit 2002-2006 4.8L and 5.3L Silverado 1500 models as well as 2007-2013 V8 Silverado 1500 trucks. Installation hardware is included for a direct replacement without modifications.
