The headers’ mandrel-bent tubing offers a less restrictive performance, generating a smoother and more consistent exhaust velocity as a result. This yields higher horsepower and torque gains for your Chevrolet Silverado 1500.

      Enhanced Exhaust Sound. With Flowtech’s high-quality headers, you’ll turn heads when you take your Silverado 1500 out for a spin. The headers produce a distinctively better exhaust sound that matches your vehicle’s powerful personality.

      Uses Factory Cats. These headers are designed to work with your truck’s current catalytic converter system. This makes them less of a hassle to install than other headers.

      Boasts a Heavy-Duty Construction. These shorty headers are made from heavy-duty 16-gauge mild steel and come with a black powder-coated finish. They also come with TIG-welded, 3/8-inch machined header flanges that offer a leak-free seal. Thanks to its construction, it can handle the abuse of your most demanding drives and endure whatever the harshest driving environments throw at them.

      No Tuning Needed. You won’t have to tune your vehicle after installing these headers. They’re designed to work with your vehicle’s existing setup. All you have to do is a test drive your truck after the headers are on and listen for any new noises. You also have to re-tighten the bolts after several days of driving.
