This tonneau cover is designed to work with any truck bed toolbox measuring 18 to 20 inches deep while providing superior cargo protection against the elements. Additionally, this truck bed cover’s all-black look adds a stylistic touch to your truck’s rear end.
Soft Roll-Up Design. The Extang Express employs a soft roll-up tonneau cover design with an aluminum spring bow-reinforced tarp. This tonneau cover features an exclusive L-channel system that keeps the point where your toolbox meets the cover is fully sealed. The tarp itself is fastened onto its rails using full-length hook and loop strips. The tarp is also designed to provide a tapering profile when fastened, ensuring rain just slides off the cover. Additionally, this tonneau cover also features a self-adjusting tension system that keeps the tarp tight.
Rigid Build Quality. The Extang Express Roll-Up Toolbox Tonneau Cover’s mounting rails and spring bows are constructed from aircraft-grade aluminum for durability and corrosion resistance. The rails are given a black anodized coating for extra corrosion resistance. Likewise, the tarp is made from double-stitched heavy-grade vinyl for toughness. Lastly, this tarp comes with a faux grain leather finish for stylish looks.
Straightforward Install Procedure. The Extang Express Roll-Up Toolbox Tonneau Cover is engineered to install without the need for modifications. This cover comes with mounting rails that install using clamps that are flush against your truck bed rails to avoid getting in contact with any cargo you’re carrying. Additionally, this tonneau cover installs completely by hand.
