      Description

      Heavy-Duty Rear Hitch Protection. The DV8 Offroad Xtract Hitch Skid Plate is built to defend your rear hitch and frame from trail damage, departure-angle scrapes, and rugged terrain. Designed for off-roaders and overlanders, this skid plate mounts directly to your 2-inch hitch receiver and provides a solid 1-inch thick point for a 3/4-inch D-ring recovery shackle, blending utility with protection.

      Construction and Appearance. CNC-machined from a solid block of 6061-T6 billet aluminum, the DV8 Xtract Skid Plate is built to take punishment while keeping weight to a minimum. It comes finished in a durable black coating and features a replaceable Delrin skid pad to absorb trail impacts. Users can upgrade to an all-aluminum pad for added strength and longevity, making this a modular solution for serious off-road abuse.

      Installation. Installation is easy and requires no drilling. The unit fits into any standard 2-inch hitch receiver using a 5/8-inch hitch pin (not included). Some adaptation may be required for specialty or aftermarket setups.

      Application. This DV8 Offroad Xtract Hitch Skid Plate offers universal fitment for vehicles equipped with a 2-inch hitch receiver; some adaptation may be required.
