Description
High-Performance Suspension. The Bilstein B8 5160 Series Front Shock 4 to 6-Inch Lift is engineered to enhance suspension performance for lifted trucks. Its specialized design targets off-road enthusiasts seeking increased cooling and consistent shock absorption.
Construction and Appearance. This shock absorber features a monotube internal design with a zinc-plated finish for corrosion resistance. The smooth body construction includes a 2.0-inch diameter tube and a 46mm piston for reliable damping performance. It is equipped with a billet reservoir clamp and a 360-degree swivel banjo hose fitting for a clean, functional, and low-profile installation.
Installation. Installation is straightforward, designed as a direct fit with no drilling required. It mounts easily using the supplied eyelet mounts sized 12mm for the lower and 16mm for the upper connection points.
Warranty. This shock absorber includes a limited 2-year warranty.
Application. Designed specifically for the 1999 to 2004 Ford F-250 Super Duty 4WD models with 4 to 6-inch suspension lifts.
