Description
PREMIUM LIFT SOLUTION. The BDS 5-Inch Suspension Lift Kit with 5-Inch Rear Lift Blocks and FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Shocks delivers enhanced ground clearance and improved off-road capability while preserving on-road handling for the 2020–2026 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD 4WD. This comprehensive system elevates the vehicle stance, allows for larger tires, and optimizes suspension geometry for greater performance versatility.
Construction and Appearance. Built with heavy-duty 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles, and multipoint differential relocation brackets, the kit ensures durability and added protection. The FOX 2.5 Performance Elite shocks feature anodized black aluminum remote reservoirs and are designed for superior cooling and adjustable damping, enhancing both functionality and aesthetics.
Installation. Installation is challenging and requires specialized tools including a torsion bar unloading tool and cutting implements. Frame bracket modification and torsion bar relocation are necessary to properly mount components and achieve the full 5-inch front lift height and 4.5-inch rear lift.
Warranty. This lift kit includes a Factory Protection Plus drivetrain warranty for added peace of mind.
Application. Designed specifically to fit the 2020-2026 4WD Silverado 3500 HD models without factory overload springs, this lift kit is not compatible with AT4X or ZR2 variants due to differing lower control arm profiles.
