The BDS 3-Inch Upper Control Arm Suspension Lift Kit with FOX Performance Shocks is designed to level and enhance the stance of 2020-2026 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500 HD 4WD trucks. It improves vehicle performance, ride quality, and capability by providing additional clearance for larger tires and enhanced suspension travel.

Construction and Appearance. The kit features heavy-duty 1.5-inch tubular upper control arms with .120-inch walls, an indexed ball joint cup for proper articulation and ball joint positioning, and durometer-specific rubber bushings for durability and maintenance-free operation. Components are finished in durable black powder coat with billet aluminum dust caps to resist corrosion and provide a professional appearance. Indexed cast steel torsion bar keys are included to provide the 3-inch front ride height.

Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical skill and specialty tools such as a torsion bar unloading tool and grinder. No drilling is necessary, but some trimming of inner fender components may be required depending on wheel and tire setup.

Warranty. The included FOX shocks come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty, offering serviceability for long-lasting use.

Application. Designed specifically for 2020-2026 4WD Silverado 2500 HD trucks equipped with factory overload springs, this kit is not compatible with AT4X or ZR2 models due to differences in lower control arm profile and requires selecting the appropriate rear block kit option based on overload spring presence.
