Description
Long Arm Lift Kit. The BDS 6-Inch Long Arm Suspension Lift Kit with Rear Lift Blocks and FOX 2.0 Performance Shocks is engineered to enhance the height, stance, and off-road capabilities of your diesel-powered Dodge RAM 2500 (2009-2013) or RAM 3500 (2009-2012). It provides superior suspension articulation and improved steering geometry while allowing clearance for larger tires up to 37 inches.
Construction and Appearance. This lift kit features durable tubular steel long arms with reinforced mounting brackets, cast iron rear lift blocks tapered for proper pinion angle, and nitrogen-charged FOX 2.0 performance shocks with anodized aluminum bodies. The progressive-rate Pro Ride coil springs in the front are made from high-tensile steel to ensure longevity and ride comfort under demanding conditions.
Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical skills along with specialty tools such as a pitman arm puller. The process may involve some cutting or grinding. Detailed instructions are provided to aid in correctly setting up the suspension geometry after the lift installation.
Application. Designed specifically for 2009 to 2013 4WD Dodge RAM 2500 and 2009 to 2012 4WD Dodge RAM 3500 diesel trucks, this kit ensures proper fitment and performance with axle lift options available for both 3.5-inch and 4-inch rear blocks.
