The BDS 5.50-Inch Radius Arm Drop Suspension Lift Kit with Rear Coil Springs and FOX 2.0 or NX2 Nitro Series Performance Shocks enhances the stance, performance, and capability of your Ram 2500 gas-powered truck. This kit provides the necessary clearance for larger tires up to 37 inches while maintaining smooth and predictable ride quality on various terrains. It improves suspension and steering geometry to ensure optimal handling and drivability after lifting.

Construction and Appearance. This kit features heavy-duty, high-strength tubular radius arms with OE style rubber bushings for smooth operation and durability. Progressive rate Pro-Ride coil springs are made from high tensile steel to prevent premature coil bind, and precision-tuned nitrogen-charged shocks come in NX2 Nitro or FOX 2.0 Performance Series options. Components are finished with durable clear anodized or silver powder coats for long-lasting corrosion resistance.

Installation. Installation is considered difficult and requires specialty tools such as welding equipment, a pitman arm puller, and drilling tools. Some drilling is necessary, along with transfer case indexing and exhaust modifications on certain models to maintain proper driveline angles and clearance.

Application. Specifically designed for 2014-2018 4WD Ram 2500 gas models powered by 5.7L or 6.4L engines. Note that 6.4L models and some 5.7L models require exhaust modification to clear the front driveshaft during installation.
