A CAI to Power Up Your Raptor. Made to top quality standards in the USA, the BBK Chrome Cold Air Intake Kit features a massive oval filter element which allows a powerful indraft that’s 75% stronger than the flow created by the stock filter. Beyond the blue fabric filter, the CAI features a large diameter aluminum intake tube. This ushers an unrestricted inflow into the engine, generating a powerful air charge leading to dyno-tested and proven boost to torque, horsepower (possibly as much as +10 hp), throttle response, and even fuel mileage, depending on how your 2010-2014 F-150 Raptor’s engine is set up.

Can Be Used With or Without an Aftermarket Tune. The BBK Chrome Cold Air Intake Kit will function perfectly well in your Raptor’s 6.2L engine with the stock tune in place, meaning you don’t need to install an aftermarket tune to win the power gains the component offers. Equally, the CAI works well with aftermarket tunes, possibly making a few marginal power increases beyond the stock tune levels with certain ECU adjustments.

High Flow Filter. The large blue filter element in the BBK Chrome Cold Air Intake Kit is breathable cotton, rather than the stifling paper used in stock filters, and comes pre-oiled. It offers a combination of maximum airflow with excellent particle filtration. The filter is made to be a permanent part of the intake, since it is strong enough to remove, wash, re-oil, and reuse for savings down the road.

Engineered for Performance. BBK’s Chrome Cold Air Intake Kit is a well-made all-American product, featuring a fine quality cotton filter element. The design includes a black textured heat shield to keep engine heat away from the cold air inflow as much as possible. The intake tube is laid out with smooth-flowing bends that won’t obstruct the ingress of lots of air. Made out of highly polished aluminum with mandrel bent construction, the intake tube is both rust-defying and provides an attractive engine accent.

Made to Fit a High-Flow MAF. The BBK Chrome Cold Air Intake includes a sturdy built-in housing designed to accept a high-flow MAF sensor assembly. All other necessary attachment points and hose mounts are included.

Installs with Hand Tools. Supplied complete with stainless steel clamps, quality hardware, and heat-resistant silicon hoses, the BBK Chrome Cold Air Intake Kit comes ready to install. Using the same mounting points as the stock air intake, this kit bolts on easily and features a fully drill-free and cutting-free installation.
