The Banks Power Dana M275 Ram-Air Differential Cover; Satin Black Machined is engineered to keep your differential fluid cooler through superior fluid dynamics and a patented forced-air cooling system. This design extends differential lubrication life, improves heat rejection, and helps maintain fuel economy—ideal for vehicles under heavy towing or sustained high-power conditions.
Construction and Appearance. Made from robust A380 aircraft-grade die-cast aluminum with precision CNC-machined surfaces, this differential cover features 23 external radiator fins for enhanced heat dissipation. It includes durable 304 stainless steel hardware and a satin black machined finish that combines aesthetics with corrosion resistance.
Installation. Installation is straightforward and can be completed in about one hour. The differential cover is a direct-fit replacement requiring no drilling or modifications, ensuring a clean, precise fit.
Application. Fits 2017-2026 6.7L Powerstroke F-250 Super Duty without High Output Engine.
