Description
Ultimate Hydraulic Protection. The Artec Industries Full Hydro Ram Mount is designed to protect your vehicle's steering system by securely mounting the hydraulic ram near the axle centerline. It shields your ram, tie rods, and axle with an integrated skid plate, providing durability on rocky terrain for demanding off-road use.
Construction and Appearance. Made from 1/4" mild steel, this ram mount is CNC laser cut and bent to exact tolerances using 3D scan files, ensuring a precise fit. It includes gussets for added strength and drainage holes to reduce weight and simplify cleaning. The skid plate adds robust protection. The mount can be finished with paint or powder coat after installation to guard against corrosion.
Installation. Installation requires welding and fabrication skills due to trimming and welding on the axle. Careful alignment and tack welding are essential to ensure proper fitment and function.
Application. This ram mount fits 2011 through 2026 Ford F-250 Super Duty models. It requires trimming approximately 2 inches off the driver’s side differential casting and is compatible with most double-ended hydraulic rams designed for these vehicles.
