The Amp Research PowerStep XL Running Boards offer a convenient, motorized step that automatically deploys when the door opens and retracts after a delay once the door closes. Designed to improve vehicle accessibility, these running boards are especially beneficial for lifted trucks or vehicles with higher ground clearance, providing a safer and easier way to enter and exit.

      Construction and Appearance. Crafted from corrosion-resistant cast aluminum, these running boards are anodized and finished with a military-grade PTFE coating for superior durability and weather resistance. The 6-inch wide, textured step surface provides slip resistance, and integrated LED lighting illuminates the step area for added safety in low-light conditions.

      Installation. The PowerStep XL installs with a bolt-on design using existing holes in the vehicle’s rocker panels, so no drilling is required. Installation is straightforward, but professional installation is recommended to ensure optimal performance and fit.

      Warranty. This product comes with a 5-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
