Description
Solid Construction. The American Racing Headers 1-3/4 in. Long Tube Headers w/ Catted Y-Pipe will provide your Ford truck with increased performance, desireable sound, and quality you can trust. The highly skilled fabricators over at ARH crafted these headers from high-grade 304 stainless steel with precision cut, 3/8-inch warp-resistant and leak-free stainless steel flanges. They feature hand-ported TIG welded inlets and merge collectors with scavenger spikes for superior exhaust flow. The overall construction of the system is made to last and withstand all the elements that go hand-in-hand with offroading.
Increased Performance. This system was designed to provide outstanding power, sound, appearance, and longevity. This particular long-tube header kit includes a mandrel-bent 3-inch catted Y-pipe. This Y-pipe feature 200 cell, metallic substrate catalytic converters for extreme durability. The steel primaries, high-flow merge collectors, and large diameter mid-pipes are all tuned for maximum horsepower and torque. The primary tube routing is optimized to guarantee a superior fit and performance benefits.
Advanced Installation. This set of headers includes all the hardware and parts needed for a seamless process. Professional installation by a licensed mechanic or expert is strongly recommended for this product. This install is categorized under a hard difficulty, as it requires cutting and reusing the stock muffler assemblies and clamping them in place. The entire installation process will take about a day to complete.

American Racing Headers offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty that guarantees its products are free from defects in material and workmanship while the purchaser owns the vehicle with such products.
