      Description

      Delivers Great HP and Torque Improvement. Unlock the inner power of your engine by using these AFE Twisted Steel Short Headers on your Chevrolet Silverado. These headers have a potential to add up to 21 horsepower and 26 lbs x feet torque gains when used in combination with AFE's Y-pipe. In addition, these headers are fitted with 4-to-1 formed collectors to effectively reduce turbulence while increasing exhaust velocity. With this installed on your Silverado, you'll definitely enjoy great throttle response and a true increase in HP and torque.

      Use Factory Cat Converters. These Twisted Steel Shorty Headers from AFE will work perfectly using your Silverado's factory catalytic converters. With these stock cat converters on your vehicle, you don't have to worry about violating any emissions regulations.

      Premiere Construction and Expert Design. AFE's Twisted Steel Shorty Headers are built from 1-5/8-inch thick mandrel-bent, 16-gauge 409 stainless steel material. These headers have optimized tube length to ensure better gas flow that you will definitely feel on your ride's overall performance. Featuring a one-piece, 3/8-inch thick flange design, these headers are guaranteed to give you a leak-free seal that will be functional even after years of use. Get a monstrous performance for your engine with these AFE Twisted Steel Shorty Headers.

      No CARB Certification. These headers are not CARB-approved, and are therefore illegal for use in California or on any vehicle that is listed under the California Department of Motor Vehicle. In addition, these headers are meant for racing or off-roading and should not be utilized for highway, street, or non-racing and off-road driving.

      Installation Notes. To maximize flow performance and get additional HP gains, these headers are recommended to be used in conjunction with AFE's MACH Force-XP Y-Pipes.

      Application. These AFE Twisted Steel Shorty Headers are compatible for use with all 2003-2013 V8 Silverado 1500 models.
