      Description

      Powerful Performance. Install this black AFE Quantum Cold Air Intake With Pro DRY S Filter and discover how much more powerful your F-150 can get. With a dyno-tuned intake tube and a progressive 3-layer dry filter, you’ll increase the cool, clean air flowing into your engine by up to 35%. This, in turn, delivers an additional 10 horsepower and up to 15 pound-feet of torque. Other benefits of this cold air intake are the significant improvements in fuel efficiency and throttle response.

      No Need for Custom Tuning. AFE designed this system to work seamlessly with your F-150’s factory tune. If your truck has other upgrades aside from this cold air intake, however, a custom tune is highly recommended to maximize the performance improvements.

      Progressive 3-Layer Pro DRY S Filter. The filter included in this cold air intake is a washable Pro DRY S filter. It features 3 layers of synthetic oil-free media, which get progressively finer from the outside. This offers superior filtration, as it is able to block more and smaller contaminants. The filter base also has a 3-angle velocity stack for improved filter airflow. The extra-durable and roto-molded housing, meanwhile, protects the filter from hot engine air.

      Cross-Linked Polyethylene Intake Tube. AFE used a cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) intake tube for this system. The short but wide body with minimal bends ensures that more air will get to the engine much quicker.  XLPE is also highly resistant to heat, which means the intake air temperature will be much cooler. Finally, this intake tube has incredible durability and excellent high-pressure resistance.

      Full Bolt-On Installation. Installing this cold air intake system doesn’t need any cutting, drilling, or welding. Moreover, it uses the original mounting points. Follow the enclosed instructions to complete the installation in about 1 hour.

      Backed by a 2-Year Limited Warranty. This cold air intake is protected by AFE’s 2-year limited warranty against construction and material defects.
