The lights are designed for mounting behind the lower section of the OEM grille, highlighting the design and illuminating the road directly ahead. These lights can also act as a supplement to other light fixtures on your truck, so you can see more details clearer and farther out on the trails at night and during wicked weather. Moreover, they have a combo-beam pattern so you can match the kind of illumination to the situation.
Bright and Clear Illumination. The Cree, Inc. LED bulbs on these light bars have a total output of 150W and 5,800 lumens. Coupled with the 6,000K color temperature, the light quality you get is bright and clear like daylight, but with a cooler hue. In addition, these lights are projected to last for as long as 50,000 hours. That’s equivalent to almost 6 years of continuous operation.
Tough-as-Nails Construction. Rough terrain and extreme weather are no match to the tough-as-nails construction of these LED light bars. The housing is heavy-duty die-cast aluminum with a durable corrosion-resistant powder coat and the clear lens is scratch- and shatter-proof polycarbonate. What’s more, these light bars have a waterproof rating of IP69. This means they are 100% dirt- and water-tight and protected against high-pressure water jets. Lastly, ZRoadz also added pressure equalization vents to these light bars. These features help prevent thermal expansion, so that the lights are always operating at optimum conditions. This results in a brighter output and an even longer bulb lifespan.
Simple No-Weld Installation. These light bars are designed for a simple bolt-on installation with only minor drilling required for the bracket mounts. Using the recommended tools and the enclosed mounting hardware, you can accomplish installation in about 2 hours.
