The Zone Offroad 2-Inch Torsion Key Suspension Lift Kit is the kit for your Silverado 2500HD that delivers added off-road performance while keeping your ride quality at near-factory levels. Specifically, this lift kit is engineered to provide your truck with 2 inches of front and rear lift via an ingenious torsion key system. This system provides its lift much more efficiently when compared to other lifting solutions while also allowing you to keep using your factory shocks. The result is awesome performance off-road and a smooth ride on the highway.

      Tenacious Torsion Keys. This lift kit includes specially designed torsion keys designed to lift your front 2 inches. These torsion keys are cast from high-grade ductile iron before getting machined, resulting in their final form. These components' resonance frequency is then tested to check for any defects before getting coated in a protective finish. Without a doubt, the overall construction provides you with a set of keys that offer extreme durability and long service life.

      High-Strength Cast Lift Blocks. For the 2 inches of rear lift, this kit comes with a pair of cast iron lift blocks. Similar to the torsion keys, these lift blocks are cast and machined before receiving a corrosion-protective coating. These factors make these components highly resistant to compression forces to ensure many years of consistent performance.

      Resilient Shock Extension Spacers. Helping maintain your factory ride quality, this lift kit includes a set of shock extension spacers. These spacers are designed to mount on your shocks’ studs, allowing them to make up for the new 2 inches of ride height. And to ensure maximum durability, these spacers are crafted from high-grade steel and receive a tough zinc coating.

      Direct Install Procedure. This suspension lift kit’s various components install into preexisting locations on your truck. No modifications are necessary for most applications. What’s more, this kit will require the use of a torsion bar tool to safely remove the stock torsion keys.
