This ball joint is designed to directly replace the truck’s worn out or damaged ball joints, and helps prevent wobbly and squeaky steering especially when maneuvering corners. In addition, it improves your truck’s steering response thus making your off-road drives more enjoyable.
Custom Design. Zone Off-road designed this ball joint to match OEM specifications. It features a unique design which ensures that no dirt enters the joint assembly. In addition, its unique design featuring a patented greasing system ensures proper and even lubrication. What’s more the inclusion of a cotter pin and an aluminum O-ring minimizes deflection thus ensuring a solid steering feel.
Built to Last. To ensure that the ball joint works perfectly even on rough terrain, Zone Off-Road built it using tough materials. Besides this, the ball joint is heat-treated to ensure that it can work effectively even when subjected to extensive use. The black powder coat finish prevents corrosion and rust.
Straightforward Installation. You need technical proficiency to install this ball joint. Installation takes approximately two hours and can be completed with basic tools. No modifications are needed to install the ball joint. Mounting instructions are included in the packaging.
