SUSPENSION LIFT KIT. The Zone Offroad 4.5-Inch Standard Suspension Lift Kit, available with either 2-inch or 3-inch rear lift blocks and shock options including Nitro Series or FOX 2.0 Adventure Series, is designed to significantly raise the ride height of your Ram 3500. It improves suspension geometry, steering, and driveline angles to enhance both on-road drivability and off-road capability. This lift kit allows the installation of larger tires up to 37 inches, providing improved ground clearance and aggressive styling.

CONSTRUCTION AND APPEARANCE. The kit features full-length coil springs and heavy-duty radius arm relocation brackets constructed from high-strength materials to ensure durability and rigidity. Shock options include a nitrogen-charged, twin-tube Nitro Series shock with black powder coat finish or FOX 2.0 Adventure Series shocks, both engineered for enhanced damping and longevity. Components are designed to integrate with factory suspension settings while delivering a robust and reliable upgrade.

INSTALLATION. Installation is moderately difficult and typically requires about five hours to complete. The kit includes all necessary components and does not require drilling for most standard installations, allowing for a straightforward upgrade process for experienced technicians.

APPLICATION. This lift kit is specifically engineered to fit 2013 to 2018 model years of the 4WD Ram 3500 equipped with the 6.7L diesel engine and without factory rear air suspension. It is not designed for dually models but may be adapted for use. Front driveline vibration may occur at speeds over 35 MPH in 4WD configurations, with an optional transfer case indexing kit available to address this.
