Transfer Case Enhancement. The Zone Offroad Indexing Ring Kit - Diesel improves driveline performance by rotating the transfer case 11 degrees to optimize front driveshaft angles and eliminate vibration issues. This product is ideal for trucks with suspension lifts over 6 inches, allowing the use of factory driveshafts while maintaining drivetrain integrity. Proper alignment provided by this kit ensures smoother power delivery and reduces wear on driveline components.
Construction and Appearance. Manufactured from heavy duty quarter inch steel, the indexing ring kit offers strength and durability without sacrificing spline engagement. The kit includes a low-profile design with ARP studs and hardware for secure installation, along with a fabricated replacement transmission crossmember made from quarter inch steel featuring a high-clearance design. It is finished with a corrosion-resistant coating for lasting protection.
Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical skill and does not involve drilling. The supplied hardware allows a direct bolt-on replacement of the factory crossmember and transfer case mount, streamlining the upgrade process.
Application. Designed for 2017 to 2020 4WD Ford F-250 Super Duty trucks equipped with the 6.7L Powerstroke diesel engine. This kit addresses driveline angle issues commonly encountered with 6-inch or greater suspension lifts in these models.
