Description

The Yukon Gear Differential Carrier for Dana 60 with Yukon Grizzly Locker, 35-Spline, 4.56 and up, with Full Float Axle, is designed to deliver full power to both tires, ideal for rock crawling, serious trail running, off-road racing, and drag racing. This product ensures enhanced traction and vehicle control by mechanically locking both wheels together when necessary while allowing disengagement when negotiating turns.

Built with 8620 steel internals for superior strength and durability, this differential employs a patented gear tooth design featuring larger radius inner clutch teeth, which provide up to 350% greater strength compared to back-cut designs. The larger teeth resist breakage caused by shock-loading or catastrophic axle failure. The unit is assembled in the USA to ensure quality and reliability.
Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical skills and is designed as a direct fit for Dana 60 axles with 35 spline and gear ratios of 4.56 and up. No drilling is necessary, simplifying the upgrade process for experienced technicians and enthusiasts.
