Wilwood engineered this big brake kit for high-temperature racing and street applications and is designed for maximum braking efficiency in any driving condition.

      AERO4 Aluminum Calipers. AERO4 Calipers are included with this Big Brake Kit to give you the stopping power that you’re looking for. These calipers utilize an advanced body design along with stainless steel pistons to meet your braking needs. Built from durable aluminum alloy billet and coated with a black powder finish, these calipers will stand up against fatigue, stress, and extreme driving conditions.

      Slotted Rotors. Slotted GT 72 curved vane rotors made from high-strength iron alloy that was derived from materials and technology used to manufacture rotors for the military is the core of these rotors. The asymmetrical slots help eliminate gas and dust which is the primary cause of brake fade. Wilwood then applies a black E-coat finish to keep these rotors safe from rust and corrosion.

      BP-20 Brake Pads. Smartpad BP-20 brake pads come with this Wilwood AERO4 Rear Big Brake Kit. Manufactured for BP-20 compound, these brake pads provide medium to heavy braking on dirt tracks and fast response with only moderate wear. What’s more, these BP-20 brake pads are designed to produce lesser dust compared to your Silverado’s factory pads even under high temperatures.

      Straightforward Installation Process. Wilwood designed this AERO4 Rear Big Brake Kit for a straightforward, bolt-on installation. No modifications such as drilling, cutting, or welding are needed.

      Kit Contents. The contents of this AERO4 Rear Big Brake Kit include AERO4 aluminum calipers, slotted GT 72 curved vane rotors, BP-20 brake pads, and all the hardware needed for installation.

      Requires Brake Line Kit. This Wilwood AERO4 Rear Big Brake Kit does not come with brake lines and will not work with the stock brake lines of your Silverado. You’ll need to use Wilwood’s brake line kit to properly install this rear brake kit.

      Application. This Black Wilwood AERO4 Rear Big Brake Kit with Slotted Rotors will fit all 1999-2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 models.

      Application Note. This Wilwood AERO4 Rear Big Brake Kit requires a wheel with a minimum diameter of 18 inches.
