      Description

      Improved Braking Performance. Enhance your Silverado’s braking mechanism by replacing your factory front brake kit with the TC6R Red Front Big Brake Kit with Slotted Rotors from Wilwood. This brake system upgrade is designed to deliver excellent braking performance, thanks to the exceptional wet traction, efficient heat dissipation, and clean pad surface contact during braking.

      Premium 6-Piston Calipers. Wilwood utilized heavy-duty aluminum to ensure that the TC6R calipers exhibit superior strength and clamping power. This construction also offers maximum thermal stability and resistance to distortion. In addition, each caliper sports a captivating, red powder-coated finish for additional durability while adding an appealing highlight to your wheel.

      Slotted and Vented, Spec-37 Iron Rotors. The slotted design of the high-strength front rotors provides efficient cooling, high wear resistance, and reduced rotating mass for hard and intermediate braking asphalt and dirt track applications. Furthermore, the vented interior vane and CNC programmed, precision-milled slots produce a superior initial bite, release characteristics, and debris removal.

      High-Quality Brake Pads. This TC6R Brake Kit comes with high-friction BP-10 compound brake pads for optimal braking power. These pads are built with maximum wear-resistance and can durably withstand the high heat generated by intense braking dynamics.

      Bolt-On Installation. Featuring a direct-fit, bolt-on installation, this TCR Brake Kit reuses your truck’s factory mounting points. It is designed for use with factory aluminum and iron spindles. This kit can be installed using basic hand tools with no modifications required.

      Front Brake Upgrade Kit. The TC6R Front Brake Kit is composed of 6-piston front calipers, a pair of 16-inch, 2-piece GT 60 curved vane front rotors, BP-10 front brake pads, braided stainless steel Flexlines, mounting brackets, and all the hardware required for installation.

      Application. Wilwood specifically designed the TC6R Red Front Big Brake Kit with Slotted Rotors for use on all 1999-2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 models.

      Application Note. This Wilwood TC6R Front Big Brake Kit requires the use of 20-inch or larger wheels for proper fitment.
