Description
Enhanced Truck Protection. Keep the windshield and hood of your Ford F-150 protected with this WeatherTech Stone & Bug Deflector in Dark Smoke. This is designed to keep bug and stone chips from scratching or staining the windshield and truck’s hood. Made from a scratch-resistant material, this deflector will be able to withstand any off-road conditions. In addition, the hood shield is designed to match the shape of the hood to further enhance the front style of your truck.
Heavy-Duty Construction. This stone and bug deflector is constructed from a heavy-duty acrylic material with a dark smoke color that easily blends with the façade of your truck. The advantage of using acrylic is that the material does not splinter and has aerospace-grade capabilities. As a result, you get a clean look and lightweight hood protector that maintains a low-profile for an unobtrusive front-end view.
Easy, No-Drill Installation. This hood shield is equipped with screws, receptacles, and bump-on to make installation really easy. You can either mount this using the supplied screws or a special automotive 3M adhesive tape that does not remove, scratch, or fade paint. No drilling or other modifications are required.
Installation Note. WeatherTech recommends testing the deflector against the hood to ensure proper positioning and fit. Improper installation and fitting might void the warranty on the product.
Limited Lifetime Warranty. This hood shield is warranted to be of great quality by WeatherTech. It comes with a limited lifetime coverage for defects in materials and workmanship. Exclusions to this warranty include wear due to severe abrasive conditions, chemical contamination, vehicle accidents, misuse, abuse, incorrect installation, or incorrect use.
