Works with OE Computer Systems. This air intake works perfectly with OEM computer systems and has been tuned to your truck’s performance. However, AmericanTrucks recommends performing custom tuning after installation to further optimize your vehicle’s performance.
Premium-Level Oiled Filter. This air intake comes with a premium-level oiled MaxFlow 5 air filter that is reusable and requires minimal maintenance. This filter’s high-quality pleated cotton gauze material effectively traps micro-particles and debris so you can drive aggressively on dusty roads without worrying about dust or debris entering the engine.
Faster Airflow. The CAD technology used to engineer this air intake guarantees a smoother airflow. Its intake tubes are designed for maximum flow velocity, air volume, and density. This results in an unprecedented increase in your truck’s power and torque.

CARB Certification. This Open Element Cold Air Intake is CARB-certified with an EO# D-803-9 for 2015 to 2017 vehicles. However, 2018 and up EO approval requires a Hydrocarbon Absorber Material or the HC Trap, which this intake does not include.
Application. This Volant Open Element Cold Air Intake with MaxFlow 5 Oiled Filter is designed to fit all the 2015-2020 Ford F-150 5.0L models. The air intake is equipped with a blue air filter.
