Honeycomb Pattern. Featuring a customized repeating honeycomb pattern, T-REX's Black Stealth Laser X-Metal Series Upper Grille Insert is the perfect choice for your Z71 equipped Silverado. The aggression of the grille insert is unmistakable in its X-metal black studs, 12-gauge frame, and formed woven wire mesh, meaning you'll never have to worry about your truck simply blending in with the pack ever again. The hardcore insert doesn't just look tough either. It's industrial strength also keeps your rig's front end protected so that you can take on any challenges you meet, both on and off-road, without having to worry about whether or not your grille can handle it.
Mild Steel Construction. Designed and built in America for over 20 years, the upper grille insert is as high-quality as they come. With 3D CAD support engineering and design, this insert is rigorously tested to ensure it meets the most stringent guidelines for drivability, durability, fit, and finish. Laser cut and TIG welded, the insert is constructed from mild steel for unbeatable strength and reliability. Additionally, it is sandblasted, cleaned, primed with epoxy, cured, powder-coated black, and cured again - a multi-step process that provides the best rust and corrosion protection as well as a ruggedly aggressive OEM appearance.
Installation. In order to secure the upper grille insert, you'll need basic mechanical skills and hand tools. The installation process is straightforward and takes about 2 hours to complete.
Warranty. This Grille Insert comes with a limited lifetime structural warranty as well as a 3-year limited finish warranty, both of which guarantee the insert is free from defects. Some limitations do apply, so please refer to the full warranty for more information
