      Description

      Heavy Duty Steering Upgrade. The Synergy Manufacturing Heavy Duty Tie Rod is engineered to improve the steering system of Ford Super Duty trucks by delivering superior durability and enhanced steering precision. It is designed as a direct replacement for the stock tie rod, providing responsive handling and long-lasting performance in demanding conditions.

      Construction and Appearance. Made from USA-manufactured, heat-treated 1.75" x 0.188 wall DOM 4130 chromoly tubing, this tie rod offers exceptional strength and resistance to fatigue. It features metal-on-metal, fully greaseable tie rod ends made of 4140 steel shanks with 1018 steel bearing casings, protected by heavy-duty nitrile-butadiene rubber boots with retaining springs. The entire assembly is finished with a two-stage abrasion-resistant powder coat that increases durability and corrosion resistance.

      Installation. This tie rod is a 100% bolt-in component that uses factory mounting locations, requiring no drilling or modifications. It utilizes a pinch bolt design with a double adjuster sleeve for easy and precise alignment adjustments.

      Application. Specifically designed to fit 2005 to 2026 4WD Ford F-250 Super Duty models, this tie rod is compatible with under knuckle steering configurations and works with stock or upgraded wheels and tires.
